Majorca Property: How do you define near the beach?

The reply to this question varies greatly, especially among professionals in the real estate business. The answer goes from right at the beach through and up to a distance of 10 km.
Our real estate company is based on the south coast from Mallorca and is actively working on this beautiful island since 15 years. We offer high quality properties on all beautiful coastlines of the island as well as in the romantic center of the island.

We have now decided for our own definition of “near the beach” and assorted a selection of properties of a special kind. Firstly, because they are located at the natural beach of the Es Trenc and secondly because the shortest distance to this beach is a mere 100m and the longest 900m. The most inexpensive property is a new apartment with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a communal pool with just 200m from the beach. The price for this entity is €260.000 plus 8% purchase tax and 2% purchase costs.

So, you catch your beach bag, walk 2 minutes and you have your feet in this lovely white sand and then in emerald green, warm, crystal clear water. All this is backed with a dune landscape and an old pine forest. By the characteristic colors of the sea which play from emerald green to azure blue to dark blue, you promptly feel transported to the Caribbean.

The price range of the 10 featured apartments and houses are ranging up to € 498,000 which is a small villa with 3 bedrooms, private pool and underground parking for 4-5 cars. Among the offered properties you will find building plots of 450m² at a price of €103.500 on which a house of up to 200m² can be built. The sea view is included in this price and the distance to the beach is 200 m.

Specifically to be mentioned is the nearness of all the properties to the Club Nautico in Sa Rapita. The popular marina offers berths for boats from 4 to 12 meters for sale and/or rent. The range of services at the port includes various providers and service companies, including courses for sailing (pre-school age) and scuba diving.
