The reply to this question varies greatly, especially among professionals in the real estate business. The answer goes from right at the beach through and up to a distance of 10 km.
Our real estate company is based on the south coast from Mallorca and is actively working on this beautiful island since 15 years. We offer high quality properties on all beautiful coastlines of the island as well as in the romantic center of the island.

We have now decided for our own definition of “near the beach” and assorted a selection of properties of a special kind. Firstly, because they are located at the natural beach of the Es Trenc and secondly because the shortest distance to this beach is a mere 100m and the longest 900m. The most inexpensive property is a new apartment with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a communal pool with just 200m from the beach.
